If we have the item in-stock it will be shipped out in 24 to 48 hours from the time your order was received. Every once in awhile we may run out of an item and may not have time to update the website. If that happens you will be notified via email of an approximate ship time for your item. If you requested express shipping, we will contact you by phone to let you know if an item is out of stock. We will do everything we can to ship your item in a timely manner. Q. How do I care for my Messy Monkey Slipcover? A. All slipcovers are designed to be machine washed. Each slipcover is made with materials that are washer and dryer friendly.
