Orders: Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive a notice that an item(s) is on backorder, you can choose to cancel the order and your credit card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for. *Please note: All backordered items will have an estimated date of arrival. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges: Messy Monkey strives to provide our customers with the highest quality service, top notch fabric and superior made products. Because our slipcovers are handmade in the USA there may be slight variations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return most item(s) purhcased within 14 business days of receipt for full credit (excluding shipping charges). This means that the item(s) must be shipped back to Messy Monkey within 14 business days of the delivery date for full credit to be issued. After 14 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale and will not be returnable. Please allow transit time when returning items to Messy Monkey. All items must be returned in the original package, in an unused and unwashed condition exactly as it was received. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. On the packing slip, please note the item(s) you are returning and please tell us why you are returning to help us improve our store. We do not refund shipping charges. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, and therefore, recommend that you obtain insurance and/or tracking number when shipping your return. Customer is responsible for all return shipping unless item is defective. Shipping: At Messy Monkey, all orders received Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours and orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Messy Monkey will be closed on major holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Shipment Refusal: Customers who refuse to accept delivery on any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery. Sales Tax: Customers who live in the State of Georgia will be charged sales tax of 6% International and Canada Shipping: We regret at this time that we will not accept or ship international and Canada orders.
